INVITATION SCI Helvetia Grand Weekend 2021
Dear SCI Helvetia Members and Dear Friends,
We are pleased to inform you that the SCI Helvetia Chapter is organizing its annual Grand Weekend from the 13th to 14th of August in Gstaad, Switzerland. In order to promote our passion, we are organizing various activities including a hunting competition with rifle and shotgun and a gala dinner.
In addition, we will take this opportunity to hold our General Assembly on Saturday August 14th from 4:00 pm at the Pigeon AG shooting range in Saanen.

PROGRAM
Friday 13th August 2021
| 3 pm | Practice at the shooting rang, Stand Pigeon AG, Dorfrütistrasse 12, 3792 Saanen. |
| 7 pm | Casual dinner at the shooting range. |
Saturday 14th August 2021
| 8 am | Shooting competition, Stand Pigeon AG, Dorfrütistrasse 12, 3792 Saanen. All participants will be automatically entered in an individual ranking. The participants may form their teams of 3 shooters on the day of the competition. |
| From 4 pm | General Assembly of SCI-Helvetia, Stand Pigeon AG. |
| 8 pm | Gala Dinner*, Eagle Club Eagle Ski Club, at the top of Wasserngrat accessible by its ski lift at the end of Bissenstrasse between 19:30 and 20:00. https://wasserngrat.ch/bahn/ Dress code: Country chic |
COST
The shooting event will be free for members of the SCI Helvetia section, if the membership fee for 2021 is fully paid from 1st of July 2021 to 30th of June 2022. Non-members will pay a participation fee of CHF 200, which will cover all costs of the shooting competition, including cartridges.
Casual Dinner at the shooting range is at the expense of participants on site, and Gala Dinner at the Eagle Club is CHF 150 per person.

AUCTION
The list of lots for the auction to be held during the Gala evening is available below, item Files.
Starting bids will be collected pre-auction.
Funds raised in auction will be used to sponsor Conservation Projects in Switzerland.
